High-level Indian delegation arrives for water talks |

A high level Indian delegation led by Minister of Parliamentary Affairs and Minister of Water Resources, Pawan Kumar Bansal, arrived in Kathmandu for a two-day visit. Minister for Irrigation Bal Krishna Khand received the 10-member Indian delegation at the Tribhuvan International Airport. Apart from holding formal talks with minister Khand on flood control and reconstruction of the Koshi barrage, among other issues, Bansal will visit Morang district to inspect the reconstruction works at the Koshi barrage.
